Impossible Airfield is a full-scale military operation that sets out to prove to the Australian public that the Air Force isn’t made up of just a bunch of flashy pilots. The campaign features a three-part series of online videos, showing recruits in one of the most inhospitable places on earth, attempting to build a fully operational airfield in just 36 hours to land their largest aircraft, the C-17 Globemaster.
The campaign aims to showcase the range of jobs on offer at the Air Force, and serve as both a documentary and an interactive recruitment ad.
